We never contact the people who applied
No letters, texts, calls or mailing lists. Applicant names are dropped before anything is stored. You win work through the architect, your network, or when homeowners come to you.
Free, with every feature
Nothing is locked. If we ever need a small fee for running costs, you get 30 days' notice and can leave with your data; early users pay half.
