Gaffwork says an application doesn't exist, but I saw the site notice.

Councils publish to the national database on their own schedule. Ask Gaffwork when each council's data was last updated; new applications usually appear within a few weeks.

Why can't I see who applied?

Because using applicants' personal details for marketing can break data protection law, Gaffwork never stores them. Work through the architect or agent named on the file instead.

My quote came out wrong.

Quotes use only the rates in your price book. Ask "show my price book" to check them, and "set the rate for…" to fix one. Drafts are never sent until you finalise them.

I'm an architect and want my practice corrected or hidden.

Email us with the practice name. We act on requests within 5 working days.

How do I disconnect Gaffwork?

Remove the connector in ChatGPT or Claude settings. Your data stays in your account until you close it.
